Mail-In Entry: To enter off-line, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number. You must also confirm that you are eligible, by writing the words “I confirm I am 18 years of age (19 in Alabama or Nebraska) or older” on 3” x 5” paper entry. Daily Prize winners will be selected in random drawings each day, December 2, 2014 through January 1, 2014, from among all eligible entries received by December 31, 2014.
