One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about April 12, 2013 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Winner will be informed by email and/or mail and will be required to complete and send an affidavit of eligibility, IRS W9 form, and release of liability/publicity within ten days of date of notification.
