There are 2 ways to enter:

• Automatic Entry: An eligible Visa cardholder will automatically receive 1 entry for each eligible Visa purchase made with his/her/their H-E-B Visa Signature Credit Card, at a merchant location in the U.S. and processed through Visa’s transaction-processing system. Only eligible Visa purchases or payments made (a) with an H-E-B Visa Signature Credit Card that is not in default under the customer agreement for that account and issued by First Electronic Bank in the U.S. and (b) processed through Visa’s transaction-processing system during the Promotion Period, are eligible for automatic entry.
• To Enter By Mail: Hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size (#10) envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to Visa 2023 NFL Sweepstakes for H-E-B, P.O. 1 Grand Prize: The winner will receive a Super Bowl LVIII trip package consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip departing on February 9, 2024, and returning on February 12, 2024, for 2 people (winner and 1 guest) to Las Vegas, NV, to attend, scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, NV. The trip package includes:

• 2 Tickets to Super Bowl LVIII;
• Round-trip economy class air transportation;
• Hotel accommodations including breakfast daily (1 standard room, double occupancy);
• 2 Tickets to the Super Bowl LVIII Visa Tailgate;
• 2 Tickets to the VIP Super Bowl Experience;
• 1 Visa Super Bowl LVIII branded gift (for winner only);
• $275 Visa Prepaid Card; and
• A $9,000 cash will be awarded in the form of a check to the winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize

The total ARV of the Grand Prize Trip is $33,500.
