You can enter the sweepstakes by three ways such as online, qualified stay, and by mail. In first way, visit www.bestwesternLouisiana.com/jazz12, if you are already registered at this website, enter membership number, to get entry in the sweepstakes. If you are new at this website complete the registration form by following instructions, and providing required information such as email address, password, country, name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and fax number, then submit it during promotion period.

In second way, you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes for each completed “Qualified Stay” at a Best Western branded hotel located in Louisiana during the sweepstakes period, if you are already registered at www.bestwesternLouisiana.com/jazz12 and become a member of Best Western Rewards.
