Accurately provide the required information: first name, last name, a valid email address, ZIP Code. Upon completing and submitting the form, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Online Entry

To enter online, visit splashrefresher.com during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete the registration form with your first and last name, email address, and a valid home address.

Rewards Drop Entry
