How to Enter in Angel Studios Solo Mio Sweepstakes:

During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes using any of the methods below, subject to stated limits.

Ticket Purchase Entry

Visit www.angel.com or angel.com/giveaway/solo-mio and purchase tickets for the Solo Mio movie. Entries are awarded per order as follows:

• 1–2 tickets: 2 entries
• 3–4 tickets: 3 entries
• 5–9 tickets: 5 entries
• 10–24 tickets: 10 entries
• 25+ tickets: 25 entries

Bonus Purchase Entries

Bonus entry opportunities may be announced on the Website or Giveaway Page during designated periods. Bonus entries are awarded in addition to standard ticket purchase entries.

Guild Member Entry

Active Guild Members who book seats for Solo Mio through the Website during the Promotion Period earn 50 entries per seat booked.

Live Stream Purchase Entries

During announced Live Stream periods, ticket purchases made through the Website earn Live Stream entries equal to the total ticket purchase and bonus entries received for that purchase. These entries apply to both the Live Stream Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing.

Angel Studios Italy Trip Sweepstakes Winner Selection:

Live Stream Prize Drawings: Approximately two (2) weeks after each Live Stream, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible Live Stream Entries and Mail-in Entries to award the applicable Live Stream Prize.

Grand Prize Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about February 27, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Angel Studios Solo Mio Trip Sweepstakes Prizes:

One grand prize winner will receive an (8)-day trip for two to Rome and Florence, Italy, plus $10,000 in cash.

The trip includes:

• Round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) between the United States, Rome, and Florence
• Seven nights of 5-star hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy)
• Pasta-making class and wine tasting
• Ground transfers, private guided tours, city experiences, and select meals (details determined by Sponsor)
