Limit

• Entrants must be legal and tax residents currently residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and South Dakota.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence. The minimum age is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi.
• Entrants must have an active Amazon account. A minimum of five Qualifications is required to receive the first Entry. After five Qualifications have been obtained, each subsequent Qualification becomes a Bonus Entry.
• Limit one Qualification or Bonus Entry per person, per Amazon account, per day, regardless of method. Maximum 31 total Entries during the Promotion Period, regardless of method.

Purchase Method: Log in to your Amazon account and make a purchase of at least $25, excluding tax and shipping, through Amazon Haul. After checkout, you automatically receive one Qualification, subject to the stated limits.

Bonus Entries: Once an entrant has obtained five Qualifications, each subsequent Qualification received by either eligible method counts as an additional Bonus Entry, subject to the daily and overall limits.

Random Drawing

Within one week following the close of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor or its designee will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received.

Within three weeks following the drawing, the Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email at the address associated with the winner’s Amazon account. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the Notification is sent and complete any required Prize Verification Forms within the time specified in the Notification.

Grand Prize

• Number of winners: 1.
• The winner will receive either one vehicle from Amazon Auto or $50,000 USD.
• If the winner elects the vehicle and lives within 75 miles of a participating Amazon Auto dealer, the winner may choose from available vehicles on the applicable dealer lot with an MSRP of up to $50,000.
• In certain locations where vehicle delivery is not available because of licensing, legal, or distribution restrictions, the winner will be required to accept the $50,000 cash prize instead.
• Individual ARV: $50,000.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $50,000.
