How to enter:

Visit https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/r/car-culture/community/tell-us-about-a-heroand submit the entry form with all requested personal details, and an essay (in English) that explains why a member of your community is a “hero” in 600 characters or less. You can upload a photo of your nominee (however it will not factor in the judging).

Judging Period: May 28, 2020 – June 4, 2020

All eligible entries will be judged by a qualified panel of judges on the basis of the following criteria: Creativity/originality (50%), Quality of Essay (25%), and Authenticity (25%).

60 Entries that receive the highest combined score will be posted on the website for public voting.

Public Voting Period:June 6, 2020 - June 13, 2020

To submit your vote, first Log in with the Mobile button and provide your phone number to a text messaging-capable mobile phone/device. After that, you will receive a text message with a 6-digit code that must be required to complete your login to the voting application. Once you are logged in, you can vote for the finalist entry.
