Visit www.abc.com, click on "Take the Money and Run Sweepstakes" image, and get the sweepstakes home page. Participants need to register at Walt Disney Internet Group ("WDIG") family sites such as ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney.com, ESPN.com, FamilyFun.com, Movies.com, and more to enter the sweepstakes.

Participants need to visit sweepstakes home page, complete the registration form by providing required information such as name, mailing address, zip code, e-mail address, gender, birthday, country, phone number, select a user name and password, then submit it during promotion period. Registered members must simply login to the website with their member name and password during promotion period and enter the sweepstakes.

One Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 9/8/11 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be informed by e-mail or telephone. Grand Prize winner will be awarded with $5,000 in the form of a check.
