Limit: 50 entries per participant during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrant must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

Participants can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as by shipping a package at participating store, and online. In first way, visit a participating OfficeMax location in the United States, ship a package, including name, address and daytime phone number on the shipping form, through FedEx Express or FedEx Ground and tender payment at an OfficeMax ImPress® counter. You will mechanically get one entry in the Sweepstakes for every qualified package shipped.

In second way, visit fedex.com/officemaxfootball, click on sweepstakes link, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as name, birth date, email address, phone number, address, city, state, and zip code, then submit it during promotion period.

Winners will be chosen on or about November 21, 2011 in a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during promotion period.

One Grand prize winner will receive three trips such as five day/four night trip for two to the 2012 NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii; a five-day/four-night trip for two to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, Indiana; and a five-day/four-night trip for to the 2012 NFL Draft in New York, New York.
