To get an entry, just head over to www.kohls.com/PeterSom and go to the Sweepstakes entry page. On the sweeps page, you have to give only few necessary details including your name, email address, phone number, birth date, agree terms and conditions, and submit the form. Then follow the instructions to enter in the sweepstakes.

You may get additional entries into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by inviting friends to enter the Sweepstakes.
