So, you can be that lucky winner win a VIP movie experience in LA including 3 unforgettable nights in a luxury hotel, a behind-the-scenes tour of Fox Studios and private screening by entering into the Cacique’s “Book of Life” Dinner and Movie Sweepstakes.

Limit: One Sweepstakes entry per household, per day, per sweepstakes period. The entrant must be least eighteen years of age or older as of December 15, 2014.

During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two ways to enter.
Online Method: Visit at www.caciqueinc.com/bookoflife, Click on the banners, buttons and/or links set out in the Site to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. Complete and submit the entry form and you will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes.

Mail-in Entry Form: Entrants may also enter by printing their name, address, telephone number and age on a 3" x 5" card and mailing to: The Book of Life Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 91270 Industry, CA 91715.

Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about February 10, 2015.

One Grand Prize: The grand prize is a trip to Los Angeles, CA for a family of up to four individuals to visit the Fox Studios in Los Angeles, CA that consists of the following: Coach round-trip travel to Los Angeles for two adults and two children; a three nights stay in a upscale hotel in the Los Angeles, CA; and a one day VIP tour of the Studio (lunch included) which includes a private screening of a theatrical motion picture. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
