Every person can participate only in one entry period. All entrants must be of age 13 years or older to satisfy the eligibility criteria.

Online entry method: Visit www.Biotruechallenge.com and give the answer of first question based on what type of contact lenses you are using. Give the answers of series of questions as per your experience and complete the online registration form with your personal details such as name, residential address, city, state, zip code, birth date, email id, etc. Once you enter all the required details, submit the online official entry form.

You can get additional entries to increase your chances to win the exciting prizes by following method: Open your Twitter or Facebook account and share the link of sweepstakes promotion and provide the name and email id of your five friends or relatives with whom you have existing relationship. You will get one entry into the random drawing of particular period and one entry into the grand prize drawing.

Mail-in entry method: You can participate in the sweepstakes by mailing a properly stamped 3½" x 5" postal card with hand written your name, address, city, state, zip code, birth date, contact number, etc. Give the answer of one question, “What do you do with your contacts at the end of the day?” as (a) “I soak them in a solution overnight” or (b) “I wear them once and then throw them away” and mail it to: Biotrue Challenge Sweepstakes, Entry Request, P.O. One lucky winner will be selected randomly for every entry period and one lucky Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about October 7, 2013, randomly from all grand prize drawing entries.
