I love it when people come together and share thoughts.
Great website, stick with it!
went to the "how are we doing" site to enter for a chance to win $500 and was not able to access the site. Tried clicking the "click here". It does not work.
I could not get on to enter
This was a waste of my time as I couldn't connect with the survey. Also, the new GO rewards sign in a pain in the neck. Again, it is hard to even access the weekly coupon page and load digital coupons. This is a reason to shop elsewhere.
I would like to extend a comment on an employee at the Madison Stop and Shop. I purchase products at this location on a daily basis's and would like to extend a compliment for Jane. She very considerate, friendly, helpful and knows how to handle any problem that I may have had at the self checkout registers. She like the rest of your employees I deal with are excellent employees.
Best regards,

I shop at 111 Vredenburgh Avenue, Yonkers New York - the parking lot is filthy, garbage strewn everywhere.
It's getting dirtier and more neglected as the pandemic continues. Please clean it up!
Three bean salad is super easy to make. You should look for some recipes. You might even like yours better than S & S brand. My Mom used to make it in the Summer when I was growing up.
Hope you find it on your next trip to the store.
never have I been so DISGUSTED with stop and shop. Other stores I have visited have TP and paper towels deli is open so I am not being jerked around with your lies. Empty shelves and your lack of ability to even do a damn thing show me that stop and shop cares very little about its customers. I know now why all my friends and family go to Big Y.
STOP & SHOP IN HYDE PARK IS TERRIBLE. NO PAPER GOODS NO FROZEN VEGETABLES. ITS BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE THE BEGINNING. NO DELI LOT OF BLANK SPACES ON SHELVES. WHATS WRONG.
On Monday, April 27, 2020, at approximately 1:34 pm, I observed two people grocery shopping at the Stop & Shop located in Teaneck, New Jersey (Store # 851); they were not wearing a mask or face covering. Most notably, Stop & Shop has a sign posted on the front entry doors concerning the COVID 19 Best Practices. Unfortunately, it appears that no one from this store is encouraging or enforcing the COVID 19 Guidelines.
In closing, I hope that a representative from your company will immediately follow-up on this complaint to ensure that the Store Manager and Associates follow the recommended COVID 19 Best Practices to safeguard both the employees and consumers
S&S is doing a great job during this COVID-19 emergency. However, one thing really bothers me. My local S&S #696 in West Haven, CT, carries the brand line "Aunt Nellie's "... They carry pickled beets, pickled red cabbage, etc but not the very popular 3 bean salad. I have contacted the Section Manager (forwarded to Bill O'Donnell) Mgr.) on two different occasions to add 3 bean salad to their stock ..no action has been taken and I have to make a special trip to ShopRite to buy the 3 bean salad. Why is S&S and Peapod carrying all Aunt Nellie's line but not the 3 bean salad ?
Ok Today (3-18-20) at 7:30 am I went shopping at the Colchester S&S. . I am 63 and last year had pneumonia, so I'm a little at risk for the corona virus thing, which is why I was excited about the S&S offer to let seniors in early so they could avoid the rush and potential contamination. Well I do my shopping and am in line to pay when I over hear the cashier talking to the bager. The conversation went something like this - Cashier "yeah my boyfriend and me slept in separate rooms last night.....they sent him home from work because he had contact with infected people.....I feel ok.....but I don't know if that means I have it or not.....". WTF? I felt like walking out. I have not left my house in six days to avoid this very scenario. And now what?
I was at your Quincy,Ma store today(store#20). I go there every week. Every time I purchase fish at the seafood deli, your employee gives me "attitude". If I could find another store that sells coconut cod, I'd go there instead. This kid in Quincy looks at me like I have a KKK outfit on. No greeting , no thank you- just attitude. I'm surprised he's lasted this long. I guess he feels "entitled." JIM McCarrick,Dorchester,MA
Today, 2/7/20, I was at the Bay Terrace ,NY store and an employee named Olympia went out of her way to locate an item for me, even though it was not from her department and she had to search in the back for it. I hope she can be recognized for her excellent service
Today I was shopping in the Bay Terrace store and an employee named Olympia helped me locate an item. It was not from her department and she had to search the back area for it. I think she was lovely to go out of her way for me and I hope she gets recognized.
On 1/26/20, I was at the Stop & Shop on Rt 123 in Abington, MA. At the seafood department, I didn't see any fish that appealed to me. The young man working in Seafood that day, Tom, offered to bring out more of the fish I was interested in. He couldn't have been nicer! He was fast, friendly, courteous and thorough without making me feel I was inconveniencing him. He made me feel as though I was the most important customer he had. This is why I continue to shop at Stop & Shop and I think, this person should be some sort of recognition for being such a good worker.

Why don't you have the store card. The coupons can be downloaded to it. How do I know this? I don't load a lot of junk on my phone and have no problem utilizing the coupons
On Saturday, November 2 I went to the Stop n Shop in Norwich, CT. I was so frustrated with the Wifi service. I use my phone to scan and check out. The Wifi kept dropping and when I went to check out I had to sit there for several minutes while I tried to connect and check out.
I like to scan my groceries myself and put them directly into my bags. Using my phone makes this whole process so much more proficient.
On Oct. 31, 2019 I went to he Stop & Shop on Long Pond Dr in S. Yarmouth, mass. I was looking for a nasal spray, Flonase, which I could not find. A young woman was stocking shelves and I asked her is she knew of the nasal spray I was searching for but neither of us could locate the item. I thanked her f or the effort and left the store. As I was approaching my car this young girl came out of the store and informed me she had found the meds I was looking for. This young girl was found Libya, named Jihan.
I shop at the Stop&Shop in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Today at 1:00pm there was only one checkout lane open and there were 7 people with carriages waiting to check out. We requested help from the customer service desk and were told that they were looking for help! Much later another lane opened. Stock on the shelves is meager. Today I couldn't find any Dannon coffee yogurt, The scale in the vegetable section has been broken for 3 weeks. There is no longer the large size Vintage lemon-lime seltzer. The store seems to be going downhill. I am sorry to see this as I was brought up in Boston where we alsays shopped in the Stop&Shop there. Please look into this NJ store. The manager is Jeffrey D. Reuter
I have been shopping at Stop&Shop for over 30 years.Over time customer service has deteriotated to the point that I don't know if I am going to continue. I shop here in Westfield Mass. Especially since the strike there are very few check outs open, and hardley any with baggers. I am a senior citizen...I HAVE NOT INTENTION OF WORKING FOR STOP AND SHOP. I AM NOT GOING TO USE SELF CHECK OUT. If you intend to keep your customers it would be a good idea to open more registers. You could save money by not putting ROBUTS in the store irritating the customers.
Went to stop and shop in Killingly Commons in CT, I put my bag right next to the cashier to put items in the bag, while I was taking the rest of my groceries out o the cart. When I was done, he had all the item piled up. I was so upset, the line was long,I forgot to give him my card. I lost $27.00 in saving, Debating if I want to go back to that one. Just because we bring our own bags, doesn't mean he can put the groceries in them.
I am a weekly customer at Stop and Shop in CT for many years... (20+)
My only complaint is that the customer should be asked if they want a bagger. I prefer to bag my own items. I've gone home with rolls at the bottom of the bag and with my cold items in a regular bag and toiletries in the "cold" bag. I also prefer to have my pet food separate from other items. It just makes it easier for me to unpack when I get home.
But, I find that if I say "I will bag myself" sometimes the person is offended and that is not my intention or they will stay and bag with me, further complicating things! .
I shop at the Stop & Shop on Sunrise Highway in Holbrook, NY. The store was recently renovated and and as a result it has become less convenient to shop there. Items are constantly being moved not only within the same aslie but also from aslie to aslie. Shelves are not being stocked in a timely manner and items are often not priced correctly.
I went to Stop and Shop in South Yarmouth, MA on Long Pond Drive this past Friday the 13th. The weather and the forecast were good so there are still a lot of people on Cape Cod. There were only two registers open!! I had a fairly large order and did not want to scan the items myself. The manager gave me permission to go through the 12 items or less but I got glaring stares from others even if I told them "I had permission"!! There should be other employees in the store that can come and cover the registers if it gets as busy as it was.
I was at stop and shop in beverly, ma. Today.. I am looking for a new store that has human cashiers. I had a sizable order and didn't want to scan myself. Plus I avoid those human-less cashiers anyway. Market basket, here I come.
I go to the stop a&shop on Richmond Ave next to the Mall..The store is terrible. The shelves are always empty lines are ridiculous and it’s gotten worse. It was so good when it opened now. It’s the worst. I go to shop rite now. Much better store
I go to the Stop and Shop in Plymouth. No matter what register I go to they always cheat me out of my coupons. When I asked yesterday that I wanted to see the coupon being recognized, the girl said they show up at the end , Nevertheless when I got home and checked, I was missing $5 worth of coupons. I hate this store.
Every time I shop at the Narragansett RI Store there are never enough registers open. It is very frustrating, so needless to say, I do not shop there very often. However, this morning I was in the area so I went into Stop & Shop and when I was ready to check out I experienced the usual , it takes much too long to check out and I always hear the same complaint from many other shoppers. I feel Stop & Shop should fix this situation because I do not encounters this problem in any other supermarket in the surrounding areas.
