I personally don't care about a gift card or prizes. I wanted to let the in-charge managers know that today 2/23/2020 your employee (Victor) in Cumming, Ga. was wonderful! Very professional, friendly, and expeditiously helped me by installing tag bulbs in my car. I'm an elderly woman with arthritis and shoulder issues and had no one else to help me, but Victor stepped up and was so very pleasant to talk to while he replaced them. Thank you Victor! OReilly gave me a bogus receipt with NO code to enter for the $100 gift card. What a scam outfit. Shop elsewhere for auto parts.

I swore of O’reillys a few

I swore of O’reillys a few years ago, and like a dumbbell gave them another chance. I experienced the same level of incompetence I had experienced in the past. I guess O’Reilly is not going to put any effort into making thing better, so once again they will have no more business from me. Thanks, but no thanks New Richmond,WI O’Reillys!

Went to O'Reilly @ 6607 S

Went to O'Reilly @ 6607 S Broadway in Littleton. Just after had dental surgery days before for almost 2 1/2 hours, My wipers were in bad shape, I talk to Mazen A. Completely polite and gave me options at the end he told be the best deal for my jeep wipers (money was not a deal @ this time) I was in a lot of pain and ask him If he told me how to do [email protected] my house. He change the 3 of them with a smile and good attitude. Thanks Mr. Mazen, keep the good attitude!

We shopped at OReilly’s today

We shopped at OReilly’s today for a dome light for my Nissan Altima and a young service man was so kind to even install it for us since we couldn’t seem to get the plate off. We appreciate their fair prices and wonderful service Thank you, Alan, again for helping us

I will never go to O'Reilly

I will never go to O'Reilly auto parts ever again.I ordered a part over the phone with the assistant manager Don, at the West Bend store. I also paid extra for overnight shipping. After getting home and trying to get the part on, I new it wasn't going to fit. I then called the store and spoke to a guy named Justin,who told me to come in and he would take care of me.The guy was a rude fucking ass, but told me he would get the right part from a dealership. He told me to call in the vin to make sure to get the right part. He said he would have it in 2 days tops . On the 3rd day I called and asked for justin, and I was told by Don, hes on a plane right now . I asked don about my part and he said he didn't know anything about it. He then said he would text Justin when he gets off the plane. After several hours I called and Don said he wasn't texting him back.When I asked him about my part he became rude and said ,look I have your name and number,when I talk to Justin I'll give you a call That was around 04/29/2019. Its now 05/ 27/2019 and I never got a call from either one of them idiots . The invoice #3993-302451. Place sucks ,Dan McCambridge

The draw date says Jan. 4, 2019 so why is the sweepstakes still showing on my costumer receipt? I purchased a battery yesterday (5-14-19) for $148.42 and I sure would like an opportunity to register to win $500!! DISAPPOINTED!

I shopped yesterday at O'Reilly Auto Parts store, at 2605 Foothill Blvd. La Crescenta, Ca.91214. I bought a rear wiper blade and oil plus filter. Cody W. Drawer 4, helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. He changed my wiper blade to the new one. There was a special sale on the oil, and he gave me that savings, plus I had a coupon and gift card which he applied to the complete bill. I would highly recommend this store and personnel to my friends. Cody was very professional.

They have the worst customer service ever. They are always so rude and i have been hung up on when askin a question. Ans they have tried to be like you need this and that.. Just because im a girl. Will never go back there again.

I purchased a tire pressure

I purchased a tire pressure gage and to my shock, was off by over 10 psig. it's made in China. I'm very disappointed in that O'Reilly's seems to be going by the way of Autozone, being supplied by cheap 3rd world junk. Your parts and accessory procurers should be forced to do mechanical repairs and use the crap you offer so you'll have a better appreciation and motivation to get a decent selection and quality of items. Tires are the most expensive consumable on a person's car. It has EVERYTHING to do with safey and economy, not to mention the cost of destroying tires due to improper inflation because something as simple as a tire pressure gage offered by O"Reilly's is a piece of crap.

I needed ceramic brake pads

I needed ceramic brake pads for my Cadillac and was having difficulty with ordering them on the internet
Keaton McDonald from the Sunbeam Road location in Jacksonville Fl was most helpful in assisting me
I so appreciated the help and will continue to return to this location as I have found everyone to be extremely helpful
I have written several exemplary comments for Stephen the manager
He runs a very helpful and knowledgeable store

I can see why you all always have everything in stock, everything is twice as much as everyone else. for example Castrol edge 5w30 is $39, and Walmart wants $23.99.

12/06/18 I VISITED LAKEWOOD, CA STORE, I NEEDED WIPER BLADES. SHANE WAS THE EPITOMY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE OFFERED FACTORY OR UPGRADE BLADES. ONCE CHOSEN, HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GO OUT IN THE RAIN AND INSTALL MY NEW BLADES!! I REALLY WISH I COULD HAVE TIPPED HIM, BUT I DON'T CARRY CASH WITH ME. I had been to 3 auto parts

I had been to 3 auto parts stores in Merrillville, Indiana. Met the most friendly salesperson in Thomas Murray. I let him know that I really appreciated his dedication to his job and to his customers. Most people just want a job and are not customer friendly. What we need is more people like Thomas .

I was told by my mechanic

I was told by my mechanic that I needed a new radiator. I agreed because I'd been told that before. He called O'Reilly on Davis Ave. .... requested the radiator for my Cavaliar inclu. transmission fluid, and when I arrived the items were at the register waiting for me. Craig was awesome!. He was friendly eager to help me and knew my mechanic when I mentioned him.

I came in the Webster, TX

I came in the Webster, TX store to purchase 3 items. I stood around waiting for a while but all of the people behind the counter were involved in discussions with customers. I saw a guy who had an "O'Reilly Team" shirt on so I asked him "Hey can somebody just check me out?" He promptly quit what he was doing and went to a register. He asked the lady next to him her code number and then rung me up. I learned he was not even on the clock. He was off and busy fixing something on his car. He was stocky with a reddish brown full beard. I was clearly being impatient and felt really bad when I learned he wasn't even working. So, I wanted to write and commend the Mystery Man of Store 512

9/14/18 Went to O'reilly auto

9/14/18 Went to O'reilly auto parts in Oakhurst Ca., I purchased a rear windshield wiper , installed it and by the time I try to start my car , I got a no click no crank ,no start problem , after doing a few basic checks went into the store talked to Juan , he came out with his battery tester, a few more basic checks and nothing , so he called Samuel, he started doing some troubleshooting checked battery connections ground, fuses after 45 min he was going in and out of the store helping costumers and helping me , he never gave up and after a few more checks he narrowed it down to a sticky relay
replaced the relay and problem solved . I can thank Samuel enough for the effort that he put in solving my problem Thanks again to Samuel and Juan .Costumer service like his is rarely found these day .This man deserves a raise

Went into the Milford NH

Went into the Milford NH store and got myself a fuel line for my 56 Ford pickup and a few other part they had on hand. Got home and pulled out my tube bender that I've used for the last 35 years. The tube went flat as I tried to put a 90 degree bend in it , so tried the other end got to about 80 degree and it bent, went flat. So this morning i took it back and showed the manager the pipe. What did you use for a bender ? The one I've used for the last 35 years, well it's not the pipe it must be you and the way you worked it. I thanked him took the pipe and walked out . To many parts stores around to have to put up with a store that sells cheap parts and than will not back them up.

We went to get Freon for my 78 year old mothers van and the man was nice enough to come out on one of the hottest days of the year to show me how to put it in. I don't know anyone else that would have been so helpful on such a hot day. From Green Bay, Wisconsin
