KaBOOM! Scary Playgrounds: Let's Find 'Em and Fix 'Em Contest

Difficulty Level : Moderate ( 2 out of 5 ) A U.S. non-profit organization, KaBOOM! is on a mission of a best place to play within area of every child’s residence in America. Certainly, have you ever seen a rusted or abandoned playground around your hometown? To indentify those scary playgrounds and show them in a nationwide Map of Play, KaBOOM! has launched Scary Playgrounds: Let's Find 'Em & Fix 'Em contest. Enter in the contest by adding scary playgrounds in the Map of Play using ‘Scary Playgrounds’ mobile app for a chance to win up to $2,000 VISA gift card.

Limit: Entrant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There is no limit specified.

For competing in the contest, download the free Scary Playgrounds iPhone or Android app by visiting www.kaboom.org/scary or www.facebook.com/kaboom or any iPhone or Android app stores. When you successfully download the app, complete a compulsory registration with a username and password. Then take a photo of the scary playground and include it in their Map of Play as well as a brief explanation on what makes the playground scary. Include scary playground in map as much as you can to boost your winning chance.

From overall received entries, ten entries will be selected for contest prizes by an expert panel on October 31, 2011 and all entries will be posted at the contest website kaboom.org/scary.
