Defective DuraPro toilet connectors with plastic coupling nuts were designed, manufactured, and distributed by Interline Brands, Inc. causing consumers to experience property damage. As per the claimants, Interline had complete knowledge about the inferior quality of their products before they were replaced or redone. However, they did not offer sufficient warnings and instructions to their DuraPro customers which should have been followed while installing the coupling nuts.
Eligibility for Making Claim for DuraPro Toilet Connector Settlement
For being entitled to the listed benefits, you must:
- Lease, own, or have leased or owned a residence or similar structure in the United States containing an eligible DuraPro toilet connector alongside a plastic coupling nut.
- Suffer or have suffered Property Damage arising out of the DuraPro™ Toilet Connector Plastic Coupling Nut failure.
Proof Of Purchase: For claiming the benefits of this class action lawsuit, you need to provide evidence suggesting that you are currently possessing or have replaced without reimbursement or compensation a DuraPro toilet connector installed in a structure or residence owned or leased by you. Claimants can submit invoices, receipts, proof of payment, damage estimates not covered under insurance, and similar documentation hinting at the amount incurred in relation to property damage caused by the toilet connector failure.
Potential Claim Amount: Under the Dura Pro Toilet Connector class action lawsuit settlement, cash payments of $4 will be offered to replace the defective DuraPro toilet connections (up to a maximum ceiling of $20) and up to 30% of the property damage that occurred due to the failure of the DuraPro toilet connector coupling nut.
