Limit: One entry per person and per e-mail address per week throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Participants must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

Visit www.thelifeimprovementproject.com, follow the onscreen instructions, and complete the entry form by providing required information, and write an essay about 750 characters and your preferred one of the illustrations on site; or an essay and upload your own photo; or an essay and upload a video about your Life Improvement Project, then submit it during promotion period to get one entry into the weekly drawing, and one entry into the monthly drawing.

All entries will be posted on the website for viewing/voting by the general public. All entries will be judged on the basis of following criteria: 25% for originality, 25% for most inspirational project, 25% for relevance to theme, and 25% for best overall concept. Twenty two Monthly prize winners (two winners per month) will be selected on the basis of following criteria: 80% for the sponsor's score from the Judging and 20% for the number of votes received by each Entrant during the monthly voting.
