You can transform your home with a living room design by top Hauzz professionals and modern furniture from Design Within Reach. Do not think anymore! Enter this sweepstakes without making any delay as few days remain to complete it.

Limit: One entry per person per email address during promotion period. Participants must be 18 years old or older, or reached at the age of majority in their province, and the owner of a home at the time of entry.

Visit www.houzz.com/dwr, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and e-mail address, then submit it during entry period.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about May 7, 2012 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be informed on or about May 8, 2012 by phone/e-mail/express mail.

Grand prize winner may select one of the following options:

Option 1: $40,000 Modern Living Room Makeover that includes $20,000 worth of products from Design Within Reach and $20,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz including design, construction, and installation services.

Option 2: $32,000 Modern Living Room Makeover and $8,000 cash that includes $16,000 worth of products from Design Within Reach, $16,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz including design, construction, and installation services, and $8,000 in the form of a corporate check intended to be used for tax expenses.
