Visit www.ccs.com, follow the instructions, and complete the entry form by providing required information such as name, email address, mobile phone number, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, gender, and your size, then submit it during promotion period to get one entry into the sweepstakes.

You can get additional entry by referring a friend. You can refer a friend through your widget on your personal web page to one of the three Websites. As your friend enters the sweepstakes through your referral link then you will get one additional entry for that day.

Twenty eight daily prize winners (one winner per day) will be selected in separate four random drawings on or about January 22, 2013; January 29, 2013; February 5, 2013; and February 12, 2013. Winners will be contacted within 10 days of a drawing and if any winner can not be contacted within specified time, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
