How to participate in Giant Food In-store Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes

Online survey: Visit www.talktogiant.com, www.talktogiantfoods.com, or www.talktomartins.com and enter a 20-digit survey code from your receipt to get started. After that provide all requested details from your either giant or martin cash register receipt and complete the survey within 5 days from the cash register receipt date. Upon completion of the survey, you have to complete and submit the official entry form with all details to get an entry into the sweepstakes drawing.
