Limit: One entry per person, per day for each of the two entry methods. Participant kids must have an age between 6 to 18 years on the time of entry.

There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:

i) In-Store: Get an Official Entry Form by visiting any of the participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations in the District of Columbia, United States, Canada and Puerto Rico during promotion period. Complete the entry form with required informations (including parent signature if under the age of majority) and drop it into the "Ultimate Hollywood Build-A-Party" Sweepstakes Ballot Box.

ii) Online Entry: To get an online entry visit the website www.buildabear.com/sweeps and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form. Once you have filled up the form then submit the form with a click only.

The winner will be chosen by a random drawing that would be held on or about March 12, 2012 from all the eligible entries.The potential Grand Prize winner will be informed by phone, email or overnight courier.

A Grand prize winner will get an opportunity to meet Victoria Justice at a filming of an upcoming Build-A-Bear Workshop commercial shoot in Los Angeles, CA as well as 4 day and 3 night trip for the winner and 5 friends to participate in an Ultimate Hollywood Build-A-Party experience in Los Angeles. Each winner and guests (friends) will be allowed to take one travel companion (adult parent or legal guardian) along with them. (ARV: $16,300).
