Limit: One entry per person and per email address, per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Participants must be 18 years old or older than, either veterinarian hospital employees or pet owners at the time of entry.

Visit www.VPIsweeps.com, follow the instructions, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as your description, email address, name, phone number, address, city, state, zip code, your pet name, and pet’s birth date, then submit it during the promotion period to get one entry into the sweepstakes.

One Grand prize winner will be selected on or around March 5, 2013 in a random drawing from all eligible veterinarian hospital employee entries received during the Promotion Period. Ten pet owner prize winners will be selected on or around March 5, 2013 in a random drawing from all eligible pet owner entries received during the Promotion Period. Three monthly prize winners will be selected in separate three Monthly drawings on or about January 3, 2013; February 5, 2013; and March 5, 2013 from all veterinarian hospitals nominated by pet owners during the each Monthly Entry Period. Winners will be contacted by email, mail or phone.

One Grand prize winner will receive a trip for three to Chicago, IL. Trip package includes air transportation; three nights' hotel accommodations; tickets to the AVMA 2013 Convention; and $500 spending money (ARV: $3,000).

Pet Owners prize winners will each receive a $100 gift card for an online retailer.
