After getting code, again visit universal.promo.eprize.com/100thanniversary/, and complete the registration form by providing required information such as name, email address, age, gender, country and code, then submit it during promotion period. As you submit the form, you will get one entry in the sweepstakes and one game play for that day.

One grand prize winner will be selected on or around January 3, 2013 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during promotion period. Winner will be informed by mail, email or phone.
