Limit: You must be 18 years old to enter the promotion. You are allowed to enter in the promotion once a day daily. However, you can only one Registration Entry throughout the promotional period.

Then, enter your email address and complete the Registration Form by entering your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Zip Code. After that, agree to the Official Rules and hit the “Continue” button. Now, answer three survey questions and press “Continue”. You can share the Promotion with your friends and family.
