For participating, visit www.dole.com and follow the sweepstakes icon to advance on the sweepstakes home page. Then complete the online entry form including all basic required information and submit it. So you will be directly entered in the sweepstakes and advanced on the Instant Win Game page to play the one instant win game for that day. At the end of the game play, the game result will be instantly displayed. If you are potential winner of the instant win game, the directions for validation will be given to you.

Once you entered in the sweepstakes, you may earn additional entries through activities available on the DOLE fruit and juice rewards page. Each participant will get six punch cards and each punch card has six punches. There will be ten additional sweepstakes entries provided for your each completely filled Punch Card. One participant can earn maximum 60 additional entries by any method or combination of following methods.

1) Facebook section: Either ‘Like’ the DOLE brand page on Facebook; or post the message on your Facebook newsfeed: "It's crazy juicy! When you click on ‘Read a Nutrition Tip’ link, you will receive one Punch per day. Clicking on ‘Visit the DOLE 100% Juice Homepage’, one Punch per Week will be provided to you.

3) Tell Friends section: By inviting your friends for the sweepstakes, you can also receive Punch. So submit the names and email addresses of up to three friends. Then your each referred friend will receive an email notifying about the promotion. One punch on a punch card will be given to you for each referral, up to a total of three Punches per day.

4) Nutrition Knowledge section: Complete two available surveys and receive one punch per completed survey. You can also get punches by watching posted Dole videos. There will be two videos posted and for each video, you watch one punch will be given.

5) Trivia Game section: During the promotion period, you will be given one chance to take part in a trivia game every week. For that, click on the “How Well Do You Know DOLE?” and answer the available three trivia questions. You will receive one punch per week for each set of three trivia questions you answer correct or wrong.
