Then using your smart phone or other web-enabled Microsoft compatible device, scan the QR Code. Once you scan the code, you will be directed to the Sweepstakes entry page on www.csgsweepstakes.com. You can also directly access www.csgsweepstakes.com without using any code. On the entry page, you will have to complete and submit a simple entry form by providing your name, email address and age. Automatically you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

The second method is through Facebook. Visit https://www.facebook.com/champssports?sk=app_213132625425511 and submit a registration form after completing it. As soon as you submit the form, automatically you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

The potential winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about 9th May, 2012. The winners will be informed by email.

One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to Los Angeles to meet the popular basketball player, Russell Westbrook. The trip includes air fare, hotel accommodations, $200 spending money, and a meet and greet with Russell Westbrook. (Total Approximate Retail Value: $4,000).
