One Grand prize winner will be selected on or about January 7, 2013 in a random drawing from eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Winner will be contacted by phone or e-mail within 5 days following the drawing and will be required to complete and send an affidavit of eligibility, IRS W9 form, and release of liability/publicity within ten days of date of notification. If winner fails to send it, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
