Watch the Love Sundays Premiere movie that airs on Sunday evenings and obtain the correct Love Note of the Week that is revealed during the broadcast, then go to watchupandwin.com and complete the official entry form. You will be instructed to provide: Full Name, Email Address, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Date of birth, a Daytime Phone Number and insert the correct Love Sunday Word of the Week.
