Triple O's wants to improve more, and so offers Guest Feedback Survey to know about customers’ response, positive as well as negative. Participants must be over the age of majority in the United States, Canada, and Honduras; over the age of 16 years in the United Kingdom; over the age of 18 years in The Republic of Ireland, Germany, and Denmark; and over the age of 20 years in The Republic of Korea to enter the sweepstakes.

One survey completion (or mail-in entry) and one (1) entry through the Sponsor's GoRecommend application is allowed per day, and for each phone number or unique receipt/certificate identifier. Also, one Daily Sweepstakes prize and one Weekly Sweepstakes prize will be awarded per person, per 90 days.

You can enter the sweepstakes by completing a survey, but you must be invited by a participating client of the Sponsor with an invitation on a cash register or by receiving an electronic or email-based invitation from a client.

To complete the survey online, make your visit at talktotripleos.ca and enter the necessary information from the receipt like restaurant number, receipt number, date of visit, total amount, and time of visit. Then, complete the required survey questions. Make sure that all areas marked with an asterisk ("*") must be filled out before submitting your survey.

To complete a telephone survey, call the toll free number given on the invitation and answer to the recorded prompts.

To complete an SMS survey, text your response(s) and send to the telephone number provided in the Invitation instructions.

To enter by using GoRecommend, you must be invited by a participating client of the Sponsor, either directly or at the end of the client's survey during the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Period or during the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

On completing the survey on Website and mail-in entry, you will receive ten entries to the draw in the Daily Sweepstakes.

Daily Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one prize per day of either USD$1,000, CAD$1,000, £1,000, DKK 8000 or €1,000.

Weekly Sweepstakes Prize: Winners will receive three prizes per week, with ARV of either USD$500, CAD$500, £500, DKK 4000 or €500.
