After that, enter all requested details to begin the survey. If you have select receipt option, then you have to enter the store and transaction number, otherwise you have to select only location. Answering all survey questions with loyal feedback and complete the survey. Upon completion of survey, you have to submit entry form with your personal details to get entry in to the daily and monthly prize draws.
