Starbucks Summer Game Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game, a Sweepstakes, and a Skills Game.

Eligibility: Starbucks Summer Game 2023 is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years old and are members of the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program at the time of entry.

Time: The Promotion will take place from May 15, 2023, at 4:00 a.m. PT to June 18, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Each day during the Promotion Period will run from 12:00 a.m. PT to 11:59 p.m. PT, except for the first day, which will start at 4:00 a.m. PT. The Skills Game will be based on a weekly schedule, starting on Monday and ending on the following Sunday.

Limit: During the Promotion Period, each Entrant can earn 1 gameplay by registering for the Promotion. Additionally, each Entrant can earn up to 2 game plays per day by:

1. Making up to 2 purchase transactions at a participating Starbucks retail location.
   OR
2. Making up to 2 "free" entry requests through the provided method.
   OR
3. Combining the purchase and free entry methods for a total of 2 game plays per day.

How to Enter Starbucks Summer Game:

To enter the Promotion, follow these steps:

1. Visit starbuckssummergame.com, the Promotion Site, during the Promotion Period.
2. Sign into your Starbucks Rewards account (Account). If you don't have an Account, you can create one for free.
3. Upon registration, you will receive 1 gameplay as a first-time visitor.
4. There are 2 ways to earn additional game plays:
   A. Make a purchase at a participating Starbucks retail location in the United States using a Starbucks Card or linked payment method, or by scanning your Starbucks app prior to checkout. Then, sign into your Account on the Promotion Site to receive 1 gameplay.
   B. Enter without making a purchase: Visit starbuckssummergame.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. This may include watching a video and answering polling questions. An email with a unique link will be sent to you. Click on the link, sign into your Account on the Promotion Site, and you will receive 1 gameplay.
5. Play the game by following the provided links and instructions on the Promotion Site. Each gameplay may result in winning an Instant Win Game prize, earning another gameplay, receiving a Sweepstakes entry, or obtaining a Skills Game "booster" randomly.
6. If you are a potential winner, you will be given directions for validation. All potential winners must be verified before receiving any prizes. The game's functionality is the responsibility of the Administrator.

How to Play the Skills Starbucks Summer Games?

To play the Skills Game during the Promotion Period, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Promotion Site and click on the "Skills Game" tile.
2. Take advantage of the "onboarding" experience to learn how to play the game effectively.
3. Clear bubbles from the game board by tapping or clicking on groups of two or more bubbles of the same color that share a side.
4. When bubbles are cleared, the remaining bubbles will collapse down, and new bubbles will fill in from the top.
5. Each level has a limited number of moves to complete its specific goals.
6. If you fail to achieve the level goal before running out of moves, you must restart the level.
7. If there are no available moves because there are no two bubbles of the same color sharing a side, the board will clear and randomly refill.
8. The game includes special objects called "boosters" that trigger unique rules or abilities.
9. Earn boosters by progressing through the game, completing challenges outlined in Section 4, or additional challenges mentioned below.
10. The boosters available in the game are: "area clear," "object clear," "column clear," "row clear," and "skip level."
11. Utilize any earned boosters during gameplay to enhance your strategy.

The Skills Game consists of a total of twenty (20) levels. At the start of each week, three (3) levels will be unlocked and available to play. Once you complete a level, you won't be able to replay it. Furthermore, after completing all three levels for the current week, you can unlock the "Expert Mode" level, which is exclusively available during that week.

There are two ways to unlock the Expert Mode level:

A. Make a Purchase: During the Promotion Period, make one (1) purchase transaction at a participating Starbucks store, excluding alcoholic beverages, Starbucks Card, and Starbucks Card reloads. By doing so, you'll unlock the Expert Mode level for the respective week. Once unlocked, you can continuously play the Expert Mode level throughout the week.

B. Alternate Method of Entry: If you prefer not to make a purchase, visit the Promotion Site and follow the provided links and instructions to select "Expert Mode" from the list. Complete and submit the form, which includes watching a video and answering polling questions. An email containing a unique link will be sent to the provided email address. Click on the unique link, enter the Promotion Site, and sign into your Account to unlock the Expert Mode level for the applicable week. Once unlocked, you can play the Expert Mode level continuously throughout the week.

Here are additional challenges during the Promotion Period that allow you to earn extra boosters:

1. Level up: Progress through the Skills Game and reach chapter 3. By achieving this milestone, you will receive one (1) area clear booster, one (1) object clear booster, one (1) column clear booster, one (1) row clear booster, and one (1) skip the level booster. You can complete this challenge once.

2. Listen to The Starbucks® Daily: Click on the "Listen Now" button to listen to The Starbucks® Daily. As a reward for participating, you will receive one (1) area clear booster, one (1) object clear booster, one (1) column clear booster, one (1) row clear booster, and one (1) skip the level booster. You can complete this challenge once.

Please note the following limits:

• You can only complete the "Level up" challenge once.
• You can only complete the "Listen to The Starbucks® Daily" challenge once.

These challenges provide additional opportunities to earn boosters, enhancing your gameplay experience in the Skills Game.
