How to Enter Shell Canada Customer Opinion Survey

There are 2 ways to enter:

• With Purchase: make any purchase from a participating Shell Retail Fuel Station in Canada. Upon doing so, visit shell.ca/opinion and enter the Store ID, the date of purchase, and the time of purchase found on the bottom of your Shell receipt and click “Start” to be directed to the survey. Complete the Survey and fill in the entry form with the required information including your full name, a valid email address, and daytime telephone number (including area code), and confirm compliance with the Official Rules. Next, click the “Submit” button” and you will receive 1 entry into the applicable Quarterly Draw.
• Without Purchase: On a plain piece of paper, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), write a maximum 50-word essay on “Why Shell is my favorite brand”, and mail to: The Shell Voice of Customer Survey Contest, Dept. 4368, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville ON, L6K 0G4. (Limit- 1 mail-in entry can be made per external envelope).
