There's now a chance for frequent visitors to enjoy free coffee there. Now, by participating in Peet's Survey you will earn an entry into Peet's Sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize of either a $100 or $500 gift card.

Customer satisfaction is one of the best, most effective, and affordable ways to get customer feedback, and know about their perceptions, likes, dislikes, and needs. Peet’s Coffee & Tea wants to know how much its customers are happy to share your feedback in the Survey to help them in knowing where the issues lie, or what problems are being made for the customers. Upon completion of the survey, you will be entered in the Peet’s Coffee & Tea Sweepstakes to win Peet's Coffee gift card worth $500 or $100.

Peets Listens Survey 2022 Rules:

• To participate in Peet's Customer Satisfaction Survey, you must be 18 years of age or older.
• Peets Listens permit only legal United States residents to participate.
• Employees, officers, and representatives, as well as the immediate families of the Sponsor and the Administrator, are ineligible to enter the sweepstakes.
• There is no purchase necessary to enter or win
• Each participant can enter once a month.
• Valid email addresses and contact numbers are required for entries.
• The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• The winner is responsible for paying all taxes.

Peet's Customer Survey Sweepstakes has two entry methods:

• Mail-In Method

Step by step guideline to enter Peet’s Survey:

To access the Peets Coffee Survey online, go to www.peetslistens.com.

You will be greeted by a welcoming message. Click on start to begin the survey.

Select your visit type from To-Go, Stayed at Peet's, or Drive-Thru. Then click Next.

According to your recent experience at the Peet's Coffee Store, rate your overall satisfaction.

Complete all the survey questions honestly and loyally, and at the end, share your experience, complaints, and suggestions in a maximum of 1200 words.

Continue to the next page and specify your gender & age.

You will be asked to enter sweepstakes or not. Choose yes and click next.

Finally, fill out your personal information. Hit Next to finish the survey.

Mail-In Method:

Hand-Print your name, address, day and night telephone numbers, and age on a 3”x 5” card and mail it in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: “Peet’s Coffee & Tea” Sweepstakes, PO Box 397, Macedon, NY 14502-0397.

Peet's Listens Survey Winners Selection:

There will be a total of 16 winners. In a random drawing, 4 grand prize winners and 12 first prize winners will be selected. A random drawing for the Grand Prizes will be held each quarter on or about April 5, 2022, July 5, 2022, October 5, 2022, and January 6, 2023. The first prize winner will be chosen at random every month on or about the fifth day of the following Entry Period.

Peet's Customer Satisfaction Survey Prizes:

In total, four grand prizes and twelve first prizes will be awarded during the promotion period.

Four Grand prize winners will receive a $500 Peet's Coffee gift card.

Twelve first prize winners will receive a $100 Peet's Coffee gift card.
