How to enter:

During promotion period, visit www.mylocalonestop.com or www.mylocalonestop.co.uk and select either receipt or invite card. If you have selected invited card, then enter 4-digit survey code or if you have selected receipt, then enter 4-digit survey code, date and time of visit, transaction number and amount spent to get started. After that respond all survey questions and complete the survey. Upon completion of survey, you have to complete the registration form with all required details.
