My Hallmark Visit Customer Feedback Survey Sweeps

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Hallmark has come out with a customer satisfaction survey to measure how their customers feel about the services and products they offer on myhallmarkvisit.com. So simply share your valuable feedback about your latest shopping experience on www.myhallmarkvisit.com and in return they’ll give you not one but ten entries in a monthly sweepstakes for a chance to win $1000 cash prize!

Eligibility: Participants must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes consists of twelve entry periods where entry periods begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.

There are ways to enter:

1) Online: Access the survey entry page via the website printed on receipts that are distributed during the promotion period at participating Hallmark stores. You’ll be then asked to give response to several questions regarding your most recent experience at Hallmark, and to provide your phone number, your age and the unique survey code printed on the receipt.

2) By phone: Call the toll-free number printed on the receipt and answer some questions regarding your most recent experience at Hallmark.

3) By mail: Hand-print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and age on a postcard and mail it to: Hallmark Customer Survey Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3518, Southbury, CT 06488-3518 USA.

Limit: You can enter as many times you want, however each online entry and phone entry must have a different survey code and each mail-in entry must be mailed on a separate post card. For each survey you complete and for each mail-in entry you send, you’ll get a total of ten entries into the random drawing. And for each survey you complete by phone, you’ll get one entry into the random drawing.

On or about the 10th day of each month, a random drawing will be held to select one potential grand prize winner from among all eligible entries received during that entry period. That is, a total of 17 winners (one for each entry period) will be selected throughout the promotion.

Each of the seventeen winners will receive $1,000 cash in the form of a check.
