The Price Chopper in

The Price Chopper in Cobleskill, NY is a miserable, decrepit, disgusting and poorly managed store. Price Chopper claims to be proud of its produce. Well in this store the produce is terrible. The selection and arrangement of items in the store is extremely limited and annoyingly hard to find respectively. And today was a real highlight (that is a sarcasm). The check out lines in the store were so long that they wrapped around and blocked the entire front of the store. The mechanized checkouts were malfunctioning as well.
Please take yourselves on a field trip to a Wegman's and see how a good store looks and functions.

Thank you to Hank G at Market

Thank you to Hank G at Market 32 for helping me acquire two bottles of cherry coke located in the back of the top soda aisle. Although he was busy in the meat department, he took the time to assist me. Great Customer Service!

Your store is clean and your

Your store is clean and your associates are friendly and helpful.
Your assortment of foods and wines are very good, and you do have gluten free options, which is a boon to my husband, who is gluten intolerant, not by choice, but because ingesting anything containing gluten make him quite ill.
I do wish, however, that you would add Blake's Gluten Free Chicken Pot Pies. They are a delicious and a great easy supper on a busy night. You do have Blake's Chicken Pot Pies, but not the gluten free pies.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Carla Skidmore

We used to split our shopping

We used to split our shopping between two local supermarkets but since the arrival of Market 32 we find ourselves going exclusively to your location. The produce is far superior to any we have found elsewhere, is fresher and lasts longer under refrigeration. The ultimate "reward" happened when we purchased corn on the cob last Friday (5/26/17) which is obviously not in season here in Connecticut but found it to be as sweet and fresh as if it were locally sourced in July. You have elevated the local playing field in all in your departments from your world class bakery to your seafood offerings. We could not be happier with your long overdue arrival!

It is so confusing to find

It is so confusing to find the PCopinion survey. I gave up long ago and tried now again. I am very discouraged.

I'm still getting used to the

I'm still getting used to the transition to Market 32. I do NOT like that now the bakery, meat and fish counters are closed - servers cannot see me and I cannot see them. I loved that prior feature. I also do not like all the pre-seasoned and prepared food but I guess I am no longer the target audience. I'm a 60 yr old woman who likes to prepared her own food and meals.
staff during and after change were exceptional but that is waning...

I was in the Brunswick price

I was in the Brunswick price chopper this evening - they are redoing it and have the floors tore up and the isles moved - the smell is terrible I am surprised they have their employees working in such conditions - i have alergies and had a hard time completing my shopping trip - i am home with my nose running and a headache - they will not complete the work till April - that is a loss for them - i will go elsewhere!

My husband bought two fish

My husband bought two fish dinners at fish dept and we were very disappointed. They were over-cooked and barely edible. This is the second time we've had this experience and probably the last. He even told the clerk about the problem. There was no improvement. Will not be recommending pc fish meals to anyone. So sorry.
