I would like to extend my appreciations to the Sylmar store Parts Sales Manager Sonny Rey Martinez for his great interpersonal, communication and technical skills. He helped me to identify the right part and help to resolve the technical problem with my Mazda. Great job!

We purchase a new battery

We purchase a new battery from the Auto Zone 3884 24 th Ave Fort Gratiot Mi. and where extremely happy with the service we received from Geoge . We where on our way back to Sarnia Canada where our battery died for the second time in 2 days.George check the battery and said it done , he showed me what was available for my Excape and installed in a short time and got us back on the road.

Wanting to thank Auto Zone employee: Adam at Store #5000 (Wasilla, AK) for OUTSTANDING service and assistance, every time I visit or call that location.
That guy is what you (and ALL retail establishments need more of across this country.

Give this guy a raise, or better yet, a raise and a promotion!

I just want to take the time

I just want to take the time to personally thank Bernie Grubb,manager of the Belleview Fl.store who has always gone the extra mile to help with my automotive needs.I've been in the"buisness"for almost 60 years and I've only met a few people like Bernie who come to work 2 hours early and stay 2 hours late.Autozone is lucky to have him and whatever their paying him it's not enough.I'm proud to have known Bernie for several years,he has always had the patience and discipline to deal with and help all kinds of people,which I know from having dealt with customers in my own shop and Dealerships for two generations,can be next to impossible to please.It's great that they're are people like Bernie who knows the meaning of Job Well Done,Thanks Bernie
