Limit: Maximum of one survey completion (or mail-in entry) and one entry through the Sponsor's GoRecommend application per day. The age of the entrant must be 16 in the U.K., 18 in the Republic Of Ireland, Germany and Denmark, and 20 in the Republic of Korea.

There are four different ways to complete the survey and to enter:

Survey completion entry: To enter by completing a survey, you must be invited by a participating client of the Sponsor by any of the method given in official rules of Sweepstakes. Visit the website/URL provided on your Invitation, or www.talktowhitespot.ca. Upon visiting the site, enter the store number found on your Invitation and complete the required information and survey questions.

Telephone entry: To complete a telephone survey, call the toll free number on the invitation and respond to the recorded prompts.

SMS entry: To complete an SMS survey, text your response to the telephone number provided in the Invitation instructions.

Mail-in entry: To enter without making purchase and completing a survey, hand-write your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address, email address, and the name of a participating Client along with the following sentence "Please enter me in the Empathica Daily/Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win one Daily Prize/ great prizes " on a sheet of paper and mail it to:

Random drawings for the Daily Prizes will be held monthly. Weekly prizes will be awarded by randomly selecting a time for each of the prizes, each week.

Daily Prizes (One prize per day): Each daily Prize winner will receive either USD$1,000, CAD$1,000, £1,000, DKK 8000 or €1,000 in the form of a cheque or money order.
