Staples Store Survey Sweepstakes Winner Selection

At the end of each monthly entry period, four winners will be selected via random drawing from all the eligible entries received within the corresponding Monthly Entry Period. The drawing dates are 03/13/24, 04/17/24, 05/15/24, 06/12/24, 07/17/24, 08/14/24, 09/11/24, 10/16/24, 11/13/24, 12/11/24, 01/15/25, 02/12/25. The winner will be notified by email or phone and he/she must confirm the mailing address within 5 business days to qualify for the prize. If not done, an alternate winner will be selected.
