Make a purchase of Sweepstakes Calendar or other offerings from sweepstakesforthecure.ca, shop4charity.ca, shop4charity.comor related and or affiliated sites or by phone call 1-855-248-9831 (Canada) or 1-877-444-9949 (US) or submit an order form by mail to Shop4Charity 2020 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box, 10, Brockville, ON, Canada K6V 5T8 and United States entrants can submit an order form to Prize Distribution Network, 2981 Ford St., Suite 125, Ogdensburg, NY 13669.

For orders placed in the presale period, entrant will receive a calendar including Sweepstakes Draw Code evidencing entry into the Calendar Sweepstakes.

For orders placed after September 22, 2019, entrant will receive a calendar including the unique Sweepstakes Draw Code(s) evidencing entry into the Calendar Sweepstakes.

Without Purchase:

In order to enter without making purchase, you have to send your hand-written personal details your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), and valid email address with an original essay of 200-250 words about three charities you support and why on a blank 8.5” x 11” piece of paper to: Shop4Charity 2020 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10, Brockville, ON, Canada K6V 5T8, Attn: 2020 Sweepstakes Entry Request. 

You will receive one Entry into the Sweepstakes and a unique Sweepstakes Draw Code evidencing such Entry for each valid request received.

To Enter with an Activation Code:

Individuals have also chance to enter the sweepstakes through corporate program or retail outlet. Calendars may be pre-purchased by corporate partners and distributed by such partners for free to individuals. Calendars distributed through this method will include a unique 12-digit alphanumeric activation code. After receiving free delivery of calendar, Calendar Recipients must visit shop4charity.ca/activateform.aspx to enter the Code along with the personal details. Once you have the necessary information you will receive one unique Sweepstakes Draw Code evidencing such Entry for each unique and valid Entry Code submitted via email within 20 business days of entry.
