I want to express my appreciation for the employees at our Rite aid in Silverton, Oregon. They have always been very helpful and friendly in their service. We appreciate going there so much!
I just picked up my prescriptions from my local Rite aid store and on the receipt it was showing how I can fill out a survey and get entered into sweepstakes to win $1,000.00 and possible other prizes.
All I have to do is enter. I needed to go to wecare.riteaid.com, got a entry code # 0623 1204 5460 1629
and when I went to the website to enter a nice review from my experience at the pharmacy and it tells me they are no longer taking entries!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!! I don't understand? If the game is over then remove it from the receipt . why would they give me an entry # but not let me enter? that is rude and not nice to do to it's customers. Ok if you still have it on the receipt then you should honor it, if they made a mistake and forgot to remove it then still honor the ones that still had it on there receipt.

Yes service is great employees very nice
The Rite Aid Pharmacy store 01574 has really gown down hill since Kerry retired. The new head pharmacist is a jerk. You can't talk to him he is rude and acts like your bothering him and there is a girl that wears glasses she is worse. I have been going there for over ten years and never have seen the place run so shabbily run. I am seriously considering another pharmacy chain.
When thank you is not enough to express my appreciation and gratitude of your staff's professionalism and felt that giving credit to whom it's due was the best way to show it :) hence I am writing this online comment...
I was really impressed by one of your Pharmacist by the name of Poohnam (I hope I spelled her name correctly, she's from East India BTW) of Rite Aids Concord store in Monument Blvd. 'Though all of your Pharmacists are very professional but she stood out because of that particular Saturday weekend of Feb. 23 who's just by herself attending to multiple customers and you can imagine the stress that she's going through but managed to stay calm and focus to all the needs of her customers! Her job is very critical cause one mistake of shuffling those medicines to a different person means BIG trouble! Yet still managed to wear a smile! which was amazing!

Thank you for providing the option to mail in my entry for the chance to win $1000. I am retired and are usually traveling in our motorhome and often are in areas that do not have internet service.
I find it very frustrating (and unfair) to find myself as well as the local residents to be blocked from participating in opportunities such as this. RITE-ON!
service is fast and Employees are very nice & courteous
i Have been going to this pharmacy for over 3 years and our new pharmacist and clerk is the most sweetest patient, kind people i have ever known. They went the extra mile to make sure i received my medication and always called me back. The pharmacist got on the phone with me and went out of his way to make sure i was ok. This is the greatest store and pharmacy eve!!!
yes
Service is fast and Employees are nice
I have always found the pharmacy staff to be most pleasant and helpful. Regretably I cannot identify them by name..
Products are generally easy to find and, if a problem, an associate is most helpful.
We like shopping from pills to makeup and beauty products Janet Chester

Very good professional service in the pharmacy
They are always polite and get to you in a timely manner.
i shop the rite aid store on 2nd and 80th in ny. best prices when using my card. wish they had more checkers for faster register service.
I like Rite Aid, great sales & good customer service
I go to Rite Aid often and was upset by a recent visit. I was at the Pharmacy getting some medicine. There was an older woman in front of me that was handicapped. Her handicap was with her legs and she had a hard time moving. She was walking away from the register, I waited and then approached the counter. The clerk realized that he forgot to give her the receipt. He took it and folded it over so nothing was visible that was bought and called the woman back. He reached out to hand her the receipt but it was way too far for her to reach. I said, let me help and wanted to intercede and hand her the receipt so she did not have to struggle coming back. The clerk snapped it into the air in the opposite direction, said nothing and the woman had to work her way back to the counter. When it was my turn, the clerk said nothing, not even a greeting. I thought that was poor judgement on his part to make her come back. If you do not want anyone else to touch a receipt, then he should have went around the side and brought it to her. There was no line, other than myself.
I also found this out too. Not only is Anonymous correct, BUT, unless I down load an aspect other then what I currently use, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE THE SURVEY!!!!! Wrong!!!
I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff at the Rite Aid Store in Bandon for consistently providing courteous and professional service. Every employee I have ever come in contact with in the store has been very attentive and very service oriented.
Barbara, Sally, and Joe at the front desk always offer a friendly greeting when they see you entering the store and are always ready to assist you. They make you feel like that you are important.
Store Manager Mike and Wellness Ambassador Diane are always ready to answer questions, to give advice or find items for you - if needed. Yes, with them it's very personal.
At the pharmacy counters the staff also provides service with politeness, courtesy, professionalism and a smile. Yes,some employees call me by my first name. Even on days when it gets a bit hectic and stressful at the pharmacy check out counter the technicians remain calm and their " above and beyond" efforts do not get unnoticed. That's why I would like to commend all the pharmacy employees, but especially the very knowledgeable pharmacist Steve and his hard working technicians Lizzy, Chrissy, Brittany, Arial, and Carina - just to mention a few. They all love what they do and it shows. We are so fortunate to have such caring and dedicated employees working at the Rite Aid Store in Bandon. Please keep up the good work. You are all providing a great service to the local community.
I wish everyone - including the individuals not mentioned in this letter - the very best and a successful future. May the odds be ever in your favor.
Please accept this letter from a very satisfied customer.
Sincerely,

Being a new customer at the pharmacy, when I arrived to pick up the prescriptions my Dr. called in i was told that they hadnt receiver anything for me. The lady took my information and entered everything into the system and told me they would have the pharmacist contact my Dr and it would be a little bit. I asked if i could have them call me when it was ready. I no more than got home and received a phone call, they told me they had the prescriptions and they would be ready in 15 minutes. Wow, they were very assertive and waisted no time.
When I returned to pick them up the lady explained to me why they had not received the electronic prescription . She was very informative about what I had received and a very nice lady.
I believe I am going to be very satisfied with my choice of my drug store and look forward to continuing my business with RITE AID
Sincerely Diane Storey
excellent customer services and prices
My visit on 10/12/2017, was very good. The clerk first asked if i would like her to put my purchases on the counter. Then after paying, she also asked if I would like her carry my bags to the car. A customer said let me take them for her, and she placed them in my car.
I do walk with a cane, so this help was greatly welcomed.
Hmmm, this is not a store customer sweeps, it is only a PHARMACY customer sweeps, very misleading on the Rite Aid Receipt
