How to Enter Cookie Jam Sweepstakes 2021:

Online:

Visit www.jamcity.com/sweepstakes/cookie-jam-family-feud-sweepstakes and submit the online entry form and submit the online entry form with your first & last name and email to receive one entry into the sweepstakes.

Survey:

Players who are already playing Cookie Jam mobile game and have reached level 30 or higher and wins a level on the first try will be presented with a "Family Feud Survey". There will be two Survey responses: popular and less popular. If you select the more popular survey response, you will receive one sweepstakes entry. If you select the less popular survey response, no sweepstakes entry will be provided. Once you complete a full survey (between 4-8 responses), you will receive 10 additional entries.

Random Drawing:

One grand prize winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries following the conclusion of the promotion period. The winner will be notified within 60 days via an in-game pop-up message, mobile push notification or Facebook connect/Facebook notification.
