Payson, AZ 85541, Home Depot on Beeline Highway, US 87. January 9, 2020. Joy at Customer Service was outstanding. I was picking up a
pallet of stepping stones. She took care of finding the order, assigning Josh to load the order, and then followed up with me to be sure the order was loaded on a HD Rental trailer. Mark in Tool Rental was also outstanding. He hooked the trailer up and made sure I understood the rental agreement.
NOW, when I returned trailer, MIKE IN TOOL RENTAL WAS CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. I WENT TO THE TOOL RENTAL DESK TO BE SURE I PARKED THE TRAILER IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND MARK STARTED TELLING ME TO MOVE A SIGN AND PARK THERE. HE SEEMED AGGRAVATED THAT IHAD NOT UNHOOKED AND PARKED THE TRAILER. AT ONE POINT I STATED I WOULD TALK WITH A MANAGER AND HE SAID JST GO GET YOUT MANAGER. I DID SPEAK WITH ISSAC AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I shop at Home Depot a lot and almost always I am treated professionally and with respect. I was very disappointed in the customer service provided by Mike.
I was in Home Depot on Hillsdale in San Jose Ca. Mike S. Was especially helpful. Went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. Since the shelving units were heavy especially for an 80 old lady . I was in the Sunrise, FL Home Depot today, 9/819, and had a wonderful experience in conducting a lengthy and complicated return of multiple items. The Home Depot employee, Kel (aka Kelise) assisted me. She was extraordinarily competent. She was knowledgeable, fast, friendly, helpful, and made me very, very impressed with her professionalism. I am not sure in the 30 years I have been using Home Depot that I have ever had anyone in Customer Support who was this competent and professional. As a former manager for a fortune 100 company, I knew after a couple of minutes that this person was going places; she is just too good. I hope the Home Depot company will recognize her talents and utilize them appropriately.

I go to the Grafton Wisconsin Home Depot quite a bit. Today, June 11, 2o19 I was in need of seven bags of top soil. Thats no big deal for most guys, but my back is in bad shape so lifting here bags was out of the question. I asked the cashier, Merida, if there was anyone that could assist me. Although she was very busy with others she didn’t quit until she found Mark to give me a hand. He got right to it lifting these seven bags of soil. They are very dense and heavy but he worked like a champ to help me. He then rolled out the soil to my car and loaded them into my trunk for me. This stuff was really heavy. I wanted to tip him for being such a big help but he nicely refused it saying it was against company policy. Mr. Home Depot you have two great employees there. People like that are hard to find! I’m truly grateful.

I have always enjoyed going to the local HOME DEPOT in Lynchburg, Va.. I specifically buy lots of flowers to make pots for me and a Country Club I own. The visit today was quite frustrating!. i needed 2 Kinberly Quessn ferns - they only had 1 fern left. I was very disappointed in the selection of flowers.
The quality of some of the flowers was so sad - wilted and dry from lack of water. Over the years, I have spent $1,000's of dollars at your store for plants alone. i did buy about $100 worth of plants today, even though I was skeptical.....I had to go to other flower shops to get all the flowers that I needed. Next year, I will continue my trips to Home Depot with the hope that the store will be back and running with a good variety, good quality and a good price on flowers!!! I hope today's experience was a mere fluke! Only time will tell!
Yesterday we went to the Ankenu OA Home Depot. I picked up a couple of Mis-tint paints. I did not notice that I was charged full price for the sample size one. It was marked .50 cents on top and was ring up at $4.27. I'm sure this was a mistake but we live over an hour away and do not usually go to that location. Is there anyway to correct this problem. Today we made a large purchase at Home Depot and had excellent service from Robb in the kitchen counter department, Tammy at checkout, and Laura in customer service. All were friendly, courteous and went the extra mile to help us in every way. It’s rare to find sales people who actually WANT to help and seem to enjoy it! They made our shopping experience the high point of our day!

My husband and I went to Home Depot to make 2 bulk purchases. We bought flooring and the
Gentalman that helped us with the flooring was so nice and very helpful. We also bought appliances for our kitchen and the lady who helped us there was also really nice and helpful. I absolutely love going to Home Depot for our purchases.

I was at Home Depot today picking up a few things one which was a faucet. Ken t was very helpful in trying to find the right color which was brushed nickel. He spent time with me and explained things. He appeared very knowledgeable and said he loved his job which makes me feel good he takes pride in what he does and where he works. He had a great personality and was very friendly. He took the time to come find me in the store after I left the plumbing department to let me know of an error on another faucet. Hope depot has an excellent associate and look forward to seeing him again for help next time I’m in the store
I was at the Home Depot on Nixon Drive in Moorestown, nj. I needed help in the electric dept. Bob was very helpful and I was in and out quickly with exactly what I was there to get. It would have taken me forever to find it myself.
I bought through Home Depot washer and dryer which finally got canceled but the money I paid close to 1200 I still never received back .Home Depot manager Raimon in Simi Valley transferred my money apparently to Home Depot credit card which nobody could find anymore . I literally wasted40 hours dealing and driving back to Home Depot and problems still not solved .
My money which I paid with my debit card should've been refunded to my debit card but not a Home Depot card which I cut into pieces I don't have anymore
I asked Manager to give me gift card for wasting my time and he said he could give me 10% off

Very disappointed in this place I bought some led light bulbs for my garage on 12-4-18 schedule pick up was 12-10-18 I go in there they tell me it’s still processing and would be another week they didn’t waste no time taking my money now I gotta wait another week for my stuff ridiculous I probably won’t buy anything else from here I will go to Lowe’s or menards where hopefully they won’t lie to me about when my stuff will be in Home Depot should have just had them shipped from the grand haven store but no make me wait 2 weeks for light bulbs crazy
