There are two ways to enter into the sweepstakes

Mail: Take a 3”x5” card and print the words: Seventh Avenue “Grand Giveaway Sweepstakes, your name, date of birth, address, city, state, zip code, contact number, email address and answer to the question “If you win a Grand Giveaway Sweepstakes shopping spree, what will you buy?.” Available choices for the question are Furniture, Home Accents, Electronics, Apparel or Other. Mail the card to Seventh Avenue “Grand Giveaway” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2, Winnetka, IL 60093.

Daily one winner will be selected from all the eligible entries and the Grand prize winner will be chosen via random drawing on or about February 14, 2014.

Grand Prize winner will be awarded with $1,000 Seventh Avenue Shopping Spree.

First Prize winners will receive $100 Seventh Avenue Shopping Spree.
