The St. Louis County municipal court oversees claims for minor alcohol or drug offenses, traffic violations, truancy claims, tax violations, and problem property proceedings. St. Louis fee class action lawsuit settlement claims that it illegally charged municipal fees. The plaintiffs specifically challenged FTA fees charged to consumers who failed to attend court proceedings. While St. Louis County hasn\u2019t admitted any misconduct, it has agreed to resolve all claims with a class action settlement.<\/p>\n
