However, they did not offer sufficient warnings and instructions to their DuraPro customers which should have been followed while installing the coupling nuts.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Eligibility for Making Claim for DuraPro Toilet Connector Settlement<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For being entitled to the listed benefits, you must:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Lease, own, or have leased or owned a residence or similar structure in the United States containing an eligible DuraPro toilet connector alongside a plastic coupling nut.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Suffer or have suffered Property Damage arising out of the DuraPro\u2122 Toilet Connector Plastic Coupling Nut failure.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Proof Of Purchase:\u00a0<\/strong>For claiming the benefits of this class action lawsuit, you need to provide evidence suggesting that you are currently possessing or have replaced without reimbursement or compensation a DuraPro toilet connector installed in a structure or residence owned or leased by you.
