The defendant Welch Foods Inc. continues to stick to its standpoint regarding the merits of its products but has decided to end the litigation by reimbursing eligible customers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility For Making Claim:<\/strong> You will be considered eligible to file a claim if you have purchased any of the following products in the United States between 23<sup>rd<\/sup> March 2016 and 1<sup>st<\/sup> October 2021:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Welch\u2019s 100% Grape Juice Concord Grape<\/li>\r\n<li>Welch\u2019s 100% Juice Red Sangria<\/li>\r\n<li>Welch\u2019s 100% Black Cherry Concord Grape Juice<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, all these products should have been purchased for household use and not for distribution or resale.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proof Of Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0Though proof of purchase is not mandatory for claiming reimbursement under this class action settlement, you can increase your chances of making claims for a greater number of products by submitting the following documents:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Purchase orders<\/li>\r\n<li>Receipts<\/li>\r\n<li>Invoices &amp;<\/li>\r\n<li>Similar documents indicate the purchase of the product, the quantity purchased, and the date of purchase.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Potential Claim Amount: <\/strong>Without proof of purchase class members submitting a timely and valid claim are eligible to receive $1 as compensation against each product.
