You can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as online, and by mail. In first way, visit www.valpak.com, follow the instructions, and complete the official online registration form by providing required information such as email address, password and zip code, then submit it during promotion period.

In second way, write your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and birth date on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, and mail it before October 5, 2012 to: The Valpak Cash in on the Laughs Sweepstakes, PO Box 43368, Atlanta, GA 30336.

One Grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 12, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during promotion period. Grand prize winner will be contacted in person by telephone. Winner need to send complete affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release, within ten business days of notification. If he/she is unable to send an affidavit then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

Grand prize winner will receive $5,000 in the form of a check.
