Food Lion Customer Service Survey Rules

• You must be at least 18 years, or older.
• Only legal residents of DC, DE, GA, KY, MD, NC, PA, SC, TN, VA, or WV are allowed to enter.
• Food Lion employees are not eligible to enter the Food Lion survey sweepstakes.
• The survey must be completed within 5 days of the Food Lion purchase.
• Need to have a Food Lion receipt with a PIN while taking part in the online survey.
• The prize cannot be transferred to any other person.
• No purchase or survey participation necessary to enter the $500 Food Lion gift card prize drawing.
• Winners are responsible for paying all the taxes.
• Winners can’t transfer the prize to any other person.
• There is a limit of 5 entries per person/household per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry.

How to Enter the Food Lion Customer Satisfaction Survey

• Online Entry Method:

Each time you make a purchase at the Food Lion store during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive a survey invitation on your receipt to complete the survey within 5 days of making that purchase. To complete the survey, follow the below steps:

1. Visit talktofoodlion.com and select your preferred language: English or Spanish.

2. After that, enter the PIN number from your Food Lion receipt to begin the survey

3. Then, answer the survey questions based on your recent experience at the Food Lion stores.

4. Upon completion of the survey, you will be asked to provide your contact details to enter the Food Lion Customer Feedback Sweepstakes.

• Mail-in Entry Method:

You can also take part in the sweepstakes without completing the survey. Simply write your email address (if applicable), along with your name, mailing address, date of birth, and contact number on a 3x5 index card and mail it to: “Food Lion Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes”, P.O.
